Leadership for the Newly-Appointed Manager

Leadership for the Newly-Appointed Manager is about your behaviour. Behaviour is learned, and that which is learned can be unlearned and relearned. In other words, you have a choice at all times in how you want to be. You also have a choice as to how you want to feel.  And if you want to change, you can do this.

The roles and responsibilities of the newly appointed manager are not the same as "doing the job". There is a major shift in what a management role entails, as leadership is not the same as managing.
